The Transport Ministry is cracking down on driving license syndicates.

Its Minister says any driving institutes involved in corrupt activities will have their operating permits revoked, while the public are also urged not to fall for social media ads offering these so-called kopi-o licenses.

Anthony Loke says the issue needs to be curbed immediately for the safety of Malaysian road users.

More than five million ringgit has been lost to vending machine scams since last year.

Bukit Aman says some 57 reports on the matter have been lodged…with the cops also urging people to do their research before putting their money into any investment scheme.

There’s no need to set up a special committee to locate Malaysians who are missing overseas.

The Foreign Ministry says its because we have embassies and high commissions abroad, that are able to handle these cases.

Mass coral bleaching has been detected in marine parks across the country, due to rising global sea temperatures.
