The treatment of diabetes in government health facilities will not be affected, despite a recent insulin supply disruption.

The Health Ministry explained that the disruption was due to production issues at a local supplier's facility.

It also assured that out of 41 medications used for diabetes treatment here, only insulin is facing supply problems.

There is a blurry vision problem among KL schoolchildren.

The Federal Territories Ministry says more than half of primary school students screened in a recent eye health program in the city were found to be affected.

The ministry adds that the student’s learning might be affected if the problem isn't addressed soon.
