The Tourism, Arts and Culture Minister has explained the absence of mosque architecture in the initial promotional video for Visit Malaysia Year 2026.

He says the first promo clip is merely a short teaser, ahead of the release of a longer and more detailed version soon.

He also assured that the longer clip will include our famous mosques…as well as other religious and cultural attractions.

The Education Ministry has denied there’s been a leak in the 2024 SPM History paper.

It says it launched a thorough investigation after the allegations went viral…but subsequently found that the claims were baseless.

The Ministry adds that no questions from the exam paper were found in any of the screenshots that had been shared online.

WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram are expected to receive their operating licenses soon.

The Communications Ministry says Meta has already submitted several follow-up documents to the MCMC.

Meanwhile, Google and X are still in discussions with the commission regarding the operating license.

And at least five people have been killed as massive wildfires continue to rage across Los Angeles and the surrounding areas.

Officials are calling it the most destructive blaze in LAs history...with thousands of buildings destroyed so far.
