ERL Cable Theft Suspects Nabbed

Police have arrested three suspects over the recent theft of Express Rail Link service cables.  

The Sepang district police chief says cops are still on the hunt for two other suspects, while they have yet to recover the stolen cables.  

The suspects were allegedly involved in a series of cable thefts recently, that caused KLIA Express and KLIA Transit rail services to be disrupted.

Private schools must have stricter SOPs on sexual misconduct, including cases involving explicit AI-generated images.  

The Communications Ministry says such schools could adopt similar guidelines that the Education Ministry issued for institutions under its purview.  

It was commenting on the arrest of a private school student in Johor who allegedly created and sold deepfake images of other students.

The flood situation in Selangor continues to improve, following the heavy rainfall that hit several areas on Friday.  

According to the Social Welfare Department’s portal, fewer than 80 people are left at temporary flood shelters in Subang Jaya and Shah Alam.
