Aerotrain Details Announced Next Week

Good news for travelers using KLIA!
The airport’s new and improved Aerotrain service is set to be unveiled soon.
The Transport Ministry says it will provide an update on the service next week, while the media will also be given a first-hand look before operations begin.
The Aerotrain service has been suspended since 2023 for maintenance and upgrading work after several breakdowns.

Separately, KTMB will expand its ETS services to several new destinations in light of its procurement of 10 new train sets.
Officials say the new routes will include Johor Bahru to Butterworth and Padang Besar.

Penang says it will hold discussions with representatives from the vape industry first before deciding on banning vape sales in the state.
