Malaysia reported only six new COVID-19 cases today, raising our tally to 8,535.

Of the total infections only 300 or so are active cases.

70 more patients were released from hospital.

The death toll remains unchanged at 121.

Students studying abroad allowed to return to unis

Malaysians studying abroad will be able to return to their universities to resume their studies or sit for exams.

Datuk Seri Ismail says they aren’t required to apply to the Immigration Department, but will need to get a letter from their respective unis.

Meanwhile, foreign students can return to the country to continue their education, provided they get tested for COVID-19.
