Malaysia reports 210 active COVID-19 cases

Malaysia reported 25 more COVID-19 cases today, raising the number of active infections to 210.
16 are local transmissions, 12 of which are linked to the Sivagangga cluster.
The death toll remains unchanged at 125.
MACC arrested Betty Chew, wife to former minister Lim Guan Eng
Betty Chew, wife to former Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng, was arrested by the MACC earlier today.
According to her lawyer, she has since been released after posting a RM50,000 bail.
This is after Lim Guan Eng pleaded not guilty to a graft charge in relation to the RM6.3 billion Penang Undersea Tunnel project.
The former minister is accused of allegedly seeking 10% of the potential profits from the completed project.
Police takes statement of nine people involved in KL Court Complex mass gathering
KL police have taken the statements of nine individuals over the mass gathering outside the KL Court Complex during Datuk Seri Najib Razak's SRC International trial last month.
Cops said those involved in the gathering were ignoring COVID-19 physical distancing SOPs.
