COVID-19: More Sanglang schools could close

More schools in Perlis's Sanglang district could be closed, after a Targeted Enhanced Movement Control Order was implemented in two areas there. 

State education officials said this, after two schools there were ordered to close for a week, starting tomorrow. 

They also refused to rule out the possibily that the closure of both schools could be extended to two weeks.

So far, only 3 states are confirmed to have COVID-19 cases linked toi the Sivagangga cluster

The Health Ministry says they are Kedah, Perlis and Penang,. 

It adds that a positive case in Selangor, which is reportedly linked to the cluster, is STILL under investigation, while two cases in Perak were cases of Influenza-Like Illness.

11 people have diedn in a fire that struck an apartment building in the Czech Republic. 

3 of the victims were children.

Reports say the fire was likely due to arson, while police confirmed that one person is in custody.
