Business premises should not keep a record of your body temperature

It seems you don't have to write down your body temperature when manually registering yourself at business premises. 

The Communications and Multimedia Ministry says its because businesses aren't supposed to keep records of a customer's body temperature. 

According to the government's advisory on personal data collection, business premises are only allowed to record customers' names, contact details, and time of visit.

Police recorded statement from Plantation Minister over breach in COVID-19 SOP

Police have recorded a statement from the Plantation Industries and Commodities Minister, over his breach of COVID-19 SOPs.

The IGP says more witnesses are set to be called in over the next few days.

The minister was already fined RM1000 by the Health Ministry for failing to complete the 14-day quarantine period after coming back from overseas. 

He has since issued a public apology, and agreed to take a four months pay cut to be channeled into the COVID-19 relief fund. 

Three more COVID-19 cases from Kedah's Tawar Cluster

Malaysia's number of active COVID-19 infections now stands at 188.

This is after seven patients were released from hospital, while six new cases were reported today.

Five are local transmissions, three of which are linked to the Tawar cluster in Kedah. 

The death toll remains unchanged at 125.
