No discussions were held over 20 sen charge for online sales

There has yet to be any discussion on the imposition of 20 sen for online purchase of between 200 and 1000 ringgit.

The Communications and Multimedia Ministry says it is not aware about the proposal adding no discussions had taken place over the matter.

This, following a recent remark by its Deputy Minister that the Ministry intends to do so as a means to generate revenue.

This following the emergence of the new cluster at a medical centre in Kedah, with the index case of the Sungai cluster being a staff member of the centre.
