Malaysia reports record high new COVID-19 cases

Malaysia continues to record a spike in daily COVID-19 infections, with 432 new cases today.
240 infections were in Kedah, while Sabah had 130.
The death toll remains at 137.
PM under quarantine after Minister contracts COVID-19
Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin is undergoing home quarantine for two weeks, after chairing a special COVID-19 meeting over the weekend.
This is after one of the attendees, Minister in the PM's Department, Datuk Seri Dr Zulkifli Mohd Al-Bakri tested positive for the coronavirus.
Datuk Seri Zulkifli has since urged those who recently came into close contact with him to immediately undergo COVID-19 testing.
Government to enforce CMCO in three Sabah districts
Three districts in Sabah will be placed under a Conditional Movement Control Order, starting this Wednesday.
Defence Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob says they are Kota Kinabalu, Penampang, and Putatan.
Only essential services will be allowed to enter and leave the affected areas.
