King to meet with the Malay Rulers soon

Istana Negara has confirmed that PM Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin was granted an audience with the Yang di-Pertuan Agong yesterday. 

Meanwhile, the King is set to meet with the Malay Rulers soon to discuss proposals put forward by Tan Sri Muhyiddin during his audience.

The King has also reminded the public to remain calm, and that there is no need to panic.

Sabah’s CMCO could be extended

The Conditional MCO in Sabah COULD be extended, as the state continues to detect a spike in COVID-19 cases.

State authorities have submitted a proposal for the extension to the National Security Council.

710 new coronavirus cases were reported yesterday, 74% of which were found in Sabah.

The state-wide CMCO is scheduled to end on Monday.

3 more COVID-19 clusters in Malaysia

Malaysia detected three more COVID-19 clusters yesterday.

They are the Palma and Jaya clusters in Selangor, along with the Samudera cluster in Sabah.

Meanwhile, the country’s death toll has risen to 214, after ten more patients succumbed to the coronavirus.
