COVID-19 death toll raises to 300

Malaysia’s COVID-19 death toll has risen to 300, after six more patients succumbed to the coronavirus today.
Meanwhile, the country continues to record a three-digit number of new COVID-19 cases, with 869 infections today.
Sabah reported the highest tally with 397, followed by Selangor with 236 and Negeri Sembilan 141.
The Health Ministy also detected four new clusters nationwide.

SOPs for visiting petrol stations
You do not have to register yourself on the govt's MySejahtera app when refuelling your vehicle at petrol stations if you used contactless payment methods.
However, Defence Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob says that you must register yourself when entering the shop premises, or when coming into close contact with other people.
Meanwhile, Datuk Seri Ismail adds you must also register yourself when using station facilities, such as the restroom, surau, car wash and workshop.

CMCO to prevent worse COVID-19 outbreak
The decision to enforce a Conditional MCO in several states in the peninsula, is due to the country’s surge in COVID-19 cases.
The Minister in the PM’s Dept for Special Functions says it was necessary to prevent the outbreak from worsening.
He adds that the CMCO will help lower the number of infections, while allowing economic activities to continue.
