There are calls for a committee to tackle bus accidents
Jan 05, 2017
The govt has been urged to set up a permanent committee to tackle accidents involving vehicles like express and tour buses.
The Enforcement Agency Integrity Commission says such a committee should involve the police, JPJ and SPAD, to ensure that all traffic laws are enforced efficiently.
It adds, such a commission is urgently needed, due to a number of fatal accidents involving buses.
