Apr 07, 2017

The Finance Ministry believes that measures to stabalise the Ringgit have worked.

As such, 2nd Finance Minister Datuk Seri Johari Abdul Ghani says there is no need to impose further currency measures, as the govt is happy with the Ringgit's strength.

He was speaking at a gathering of South-east Asian Finance officials in the Philippines.

At last look, the ringgit was at 4.43 against the US dollar, 5.54 versus the British pound and 3.16 against the Singapore dollar.
