Government to introduce voluntary health insurance scheme in mid next year.

The governmenyt will introduce a voluntary health insurance scheme mid next year, to provide alternative health care services for the people.
The structure of the scheme has been approved by the Cabinet and is 40 percent completed.
The scheme will be operated by NGOs under the Health Ministry's purview.
