Mount Kinabalu has been temporarily closed due to extreme bad weather

Oct 20, 2017

Mount Kinabalu has been temporarily closed due to extreme bad weather.

Sabah Parks' director went on Twitter to say the summit will only re-open once the weather returns to normal.

Dr Jamili Nais told the NST the summit will be closed for 7 days.

But those who've paid for the climb to the summit will not be reimbursed since they can still go up to the pit stop, Panalaban.
