MIROS study: Some 43% of road users in the Klang Valley use their phones while driving

Nov 13, 2017

Some 43 percent of road users in the Klang Valley use their phones while driving, according to a MIROS study.

62 percent of them make or receive calls while driving, while 54 percent only use their phones while caught in jams.

Mobile usage is one of the main factors contributing to road accidents, but people still use their phones on the roads despite knowing the danger.
