KPWKM: anyone trying to sell babies or children will be brought to justice

The Women, Family and Community Development Ministry is warning that anyone trying to sell babies or children will be brought to justice. 

This, following reports that a 20-year-old woman tried to sell her twin babies over the internet recently. 

The ministry described the mother's act as irresponsible and disgusting, adding that if she didnt want her children, she could have given them up to the Welfare Department.
