May 07, 2018
A police investigation has been launched, after a police officer claimed he was barred from casting his early vote last Saturday.
He was told he had already voted and was ejected from the voting centre even after he showed them his fingers, which were not marked by indelible ink.
The Election Commission, told the NST it's waiting for the outcome of the police investigation before taking action.
Meanwhile, SPR says a viral video showing an election worker being arrested on suspicion of bringing out a ballot paper was from back in 2013!
