Seperately, DAP's Balakong assemblyman Ng Tien Chee was killed in a car accident on the Grand Saga Highway in KL at about midnight last night.

Schools will also be given a manual to read out at every assembly, which contains good values.

Education Minister Maszlee Malik also assured the recognition of the UEC will not be rushed and even if the Chinese independent school exam is recognised, BM's position as the national language will not be affected.
