IGP denies Kim Chol had heart attack

Mar 03, 2017

The IGP has dismissed claims that the North Korean man, Kim Chol, who died at KLIA 2 last month, died of a heart attack.

This follows allegations by North Korean authorities who say the victim had a history of heart problems.

Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar says M'sian experts have already confirmed that Kim Chol died after 2 suspects wiped his face with VX Nerve Agent.

He also dismissed Pyongyang's appeal, for the M'sian govt to hand over the sample of chemicals used in the murder, to the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons.
