Floods causing more schools to be closed

The number of schools closed due to worsening flood situation in Sarawak rose to 57 schools as of this morning.

The closure prompted after floodwaters reached the danger level. 

Meanwhile, 9 schools there have been converted into relief centres to shelter flood victims there.

There are currently 3,800 people displaced in the state
