A YouTuber is being investigated by police in India

Police in Delhi, India are investigating a YouTuber who posted a video where he randomly walks up to women in public places, kisses them and runs away.
The youth claims the video was only a prank and has apologised and deleted it following severe public backlash.
The police have labelled the video obscene and are encouraging his victims to file a complaint.
