CPR to be made compulsory in schools

CPR could become a compulsory subject in schools.
The Education Ministry is looking into such a proposal, and is studying how to incorporate it into the existing syllabus without burdening the students.
It comes after the Sarawak St John's Ambulance proposed making CPR compulsory in all schools and higher learning institutions.
This is especially so for those in rural areas, who could find the skill useful in emergencies.
