6th village declared rabies-infected area

A sixth village in the district of Serian, Sarawak, has been declared a rabies-infected area.
This, after a young child who was bitten by a dog there, was later confirmed to have been infected with the virus.
The village in question is less than 10km away from where three earlier rabies victims live.
Of the three, two have died, while one remains in intensive care.
