Cave rescue op resumes

Jul 09, 2018

Rescuers have restarted the operation to bring out the remaining 8 boys and their football coach, who are still stuck in a flooded cave in northern Thailand.

Four of the boys were brought out safely yesterday, but the mission was paused overnight for air tanks to be replaced.

The rescued boys have been taken to hospital and are said to be in good condition.

Laboratory tests arebeing conducted as a precaution, to see if they are at risk of developing diseases associated with caves.
