Deputy Prime Minister calls for juvenile laws to be reviewed

The Deputy Prime Minister has called for a review of laws regarding juvenile crime in the country.
Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi told the MalayMail that existing laws regarding children in crime are too focused on punitive measures.
He adds that the focus should be on rehabilitation in order to prevent them from committing more serious crimes in the future.
