MOF spills details on 1MDB's debts

1MDB has several debts that are due next week.

Finance Minister, Lim Guan Eng has accused the fund of deceiving the public, about its ability to settle its debts. 

He says, 1MDB claimed it was able to pay off the debts, but in fact it was the government that was bailing it out. 

Guan Eng has summoned 1MDB CEO, Arul Kanda to explain if the fund is in fact capable of making its latest debt payments, and to also brief the ministry on 1MDB's affairs.

Meanwhile, Arul's term as 1MDB's CEO will end on June 30th.
