IGP supports CCID's valuation on Najib-seized items

Jun 28, 2018

IGP Tan Sri Mohamad Fuzi Harun is standing by the police's valuation of items seized from properties linked to Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.

During a press conference today, he said the 1.1 billion ringgit valuation on the cash and valuables was done with the help of experts.

However, Najib insisted the price of jewellery and other items seized was unrealistic.

When asked if Datuk Seri Najib would be allowed to view the seized items, Fuzi says the police would consider the request and adhere to procedure.
