Musa Aman in pursuit to reclaim position as Sabah Chief Minister

Tan Sri Musa Aman will proceed with his court action to seek a declaration that he is the lawful Chief Minister of Sabah.

Musa, will also seek to declare that all acts done by Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal after his swearing-in on May 12 are null and void.

This, as state police urged Musa to come forward to assist in investigations following the police report lodged against him by the state governor.

Musa's wherabouts are currently unknown, but it's believed that he's overseas.
