Tian Chua takes Election Commission to court

PKR vice-president, Tian Chua has filed suit against The Election Commission over his disqualification from the 14th General Election.
The incumbent Batu MP is seeking a declaration that he is qualified to run for the seat in GE14.
The Election Commission disqualified Chua as a candidate due to a RM2,000 court fine.
