The PM has hinted that it's too early to think about a supplementary budget. 

Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad said the govt has to implement the existing budget before considering any reviews.

This comes amid suggestions from several economists to relook Budget 2019 to help the rural communities, such as fishermen and rubber tappers.
