Just another afternoon at the MACC...

Datuk Seri Najib Razak left the MACC's headquarters, after being grilled for about four hours earlier today.

This is believed to be over allegations that the 1MDB final audit report had been tampered with.

Yesterday, both former Auditor-General Tan Sri Ambrin Buang and former MACC chief Tan Sri Dzulkifli Ahmad were called in over the same matter.

Dzulkifli denied any involvement in the alleged tampering.

Separately, Perak Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Faizal Azumu is ready to be called up by the MACC.

This, after the state UMNO chairman claimed that a number of state exco members were planning to oust him as Menteri Besar.

Faizal says he is unaware about the allegations and promised that will fully cooperate with the authorities.

No unlawful arrests after Subang Jaya temple riot

Police have denied wrongfully arresting anyone over last week's violence at the Sri Maha Mariamman temple in Subang Jaya. 

The Selangor police chief says all arrests were made based on SOPs, and there were reasonable grounds to make the arrests. 

He adds, anyone who feels that they were wrongly detained, can lodge a complaint and police will look into the matter.

Cops say so far 102 people have been arrested over the incident, while 66 others are still being sought.

Immunisation available for children, even without documentation

All children can receive immunisation services at government health facilities nationwide, even if they don't have any documentation.

However, the Health Ministry says those who fail to provide proof of citizenship will be charged an immunisation fee.

The vaccination service is available at all KKM's health facilities except at the Community Clinics.

41 injured in Kuching mall explosion in stable condition

The Sarawak Health Department has confirmed that the 41 people injured in the recent explosion at a shopping mall in Kuching, are in stable condition.

Yesterday, police confirmed that there were no terror or criminal elements in the blast, and said investigations are still underway.

Bomba's initial investigations said the blast was sparked by a gas leak, causing three deaths.
