Zahid Hamidi reaches 46 charges on him

Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi has been hit with an additional count of criminal breach of trust, involving RM10mil from his family-run foundation.
The former Deputy Prime Minister pleaded not guilty to the charge.
With the additional charge, Zahid is now facing 46 counts, including CBT, bribery and money laundering.
Separately, a dental specialist centre in KL has been fined RM320,000 over the death of Zahid's son-in-law, during a dental treatment in 2016.

Tampin Hospital bomb threat, a hoax

The bomb threat, which forced the evacuation of the Tampin Hospital in Negeri Sembilan this morning, turned out to be a hoax.
Police gave the all-clear after a thorough search of the building failed to find anything suspicious.
They're now trying to identify the person who made the bomb theat, so that action can be taken against them.

Malaysia among top countries for online shopping on 12.12

Online shopping on December 12th reached feverish levels among Malaysians.
Cashback portal, ShopBack Malaysia says the orders that Malaysians made in just that one day, increased by 15 times compared to other days.
ShopBack adds that Malaysians made the second-highest number of orders in Southeast Asia, slightly behind Indonesia, while Lazada and Shopee are the top stores in Southeast Asia.
Speaking of which, Shopee says it recorded over 12 million orders across the region, with Malaysians most interested in Health and Beauty.
