21,000 Job Losses This Year
More than 21,000 people in Malaysia have lost their jobs so far this year, with most of them in the Klang Valley.
The Human Resource Minister said about 40% of those lost their jobs were from the top three high paying jobs, namely managers, professionals and technicians.

Meanwhile, M. Kulasegaran says the government is not giving up on retirees.
"One of the things that we are looking at is how to get people above 60 to come back to work. There's a shortage of our workers in the market. We encourage every Malaysian to come back to work"
Zahid Accused Of Bribing Delegates
Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi has been accused of bribing UMNO delegates to vote him in as president during party polls in June.

The MACC confirmed it received a report on this last Friday.
The details of the alleged corruption are still unclear, especially who lodged the report.
Tourism Influencers Wanted
The Tourism Ministry is looking for social media influencers to help promote tourism in Malaysia.
The Rakan MOTAC volunteer programme aims to rope in about 40 influencers who will post with the hashtags 'Visit Malaysia 2020" and 'Rakan MOTAC'.
