Malaysia's next King will be elected today!

The Conference of Rulers will meet at 10.30 this morning to decide whom to choose amongst themselves. 

If they follow the rotation, the newly crowned Pahang Sultan is next in line to become Agong.

The Malaysian Society for Occupational Safety and Health has suggested for M'sians to keep glass hammers and seat-belt cutters in their cars for emergencies.

It said such equipment could save lives when a car stalls or sinks into the sea or rivers. 

MSOSH also reminded M'sians the head-rest on seats can be easily detached and used to break the car window in an emergency.

And, the Federal Territories Ministry will kick start its affordable housing project "Residensi Wilayah" in KL this year, with a target of 10,000 units within 3 years. 

Residensi Wilayah is an upgraded version of Rumah Wilayah Persekutuan, with each unit slighty bigger at 900 square feet and lower density of 800 people per acre.
