Cradle Fund CEO murder case: teen suspect claims he was sexually abused in detention

One of the teens charged with murdering the late Cradle Fund CEO has claimed that he was sexually assaulted while in detention.

IGP Tan Sri Mohamad Fuzi Harun says police are investigating the claim.

Earlier, the teen, his brother and mother pleaded NOT guilty to murdering Nazrin Hassan.

The trio, and their Indonesian maid who is still at large, are accused of murdering Nazrin in June last year.

Meanwhile, Case management has been set for April 11th.

More schools affected by toxic dumping case

2 more schools have been affected by the hazardous chemical dumping case in Pasir Gudang, Johor.

This, after 8 students complained of breathing difficulties and were taken to hospital. 

Meanwhile, authorities say the total number of people affected by toxic fumes has now risen to nearly 210.

Jalan TAR closure test run next month

The Federal Territories Minister will soon conduct a trial run of its plan to close off a portion of Jalan TAR, KL to private vehicles. 

During the month-long trial, the strech will only be accessible to pedestrians, public transport and emergency vehicles from 8am to midnight, on weekends and public holidays.
