No mercy will be shown to those who use children to beg

The government will not hesitate to take action against syndicates that use children to beg.
The Women, Family and Community Development Ministry says under the Child Act, anyone found guilty of exploiting children for begging can be fined up to RM20,000, in addition to being jailed for 5 years.
It also urged people to report any cases of child begging to its 24-hour hotline
This is so that welfare officers could be sent to rescue the kids.

The Health Ministry plans to employ professionally-trained spiritual guidance officers, to provide spiritual support to patients with terminal illnesses or debilitating ailments
Its Minister says a curriculum for spritual guidance degree courses is in the midst of being formulated.
He adds, it will be similar to chaplain amd pastoral services offered at hospitals in the UK and America.
Dutch and Australia in talks with Russia over MH17

Dutch and Australian government officials have met their Russian counterparts to discuss who is responsible for the downing of Malaysian Airlines Flight 17, 5 years ago.
Earlier investigations said that the plane was shot down by a Russian-made surface-to-air missile over eastern Ukraine.
However, Russia denies any responsibility.
