The number of baby dumping cases are on the rise!
According to the statistics by the Social Welfare Department at least one baby being left abandoned either dead or alive, every 3 days.
Over 500 baby dumping cases have been recorded between 2014 and last year.
Selangor had the highest number of cases in the last 5 years with 135.
Sabah was next with 67, ahead of Johor and KL.
Second suspect wanted over Cambodia job scam remanded

The most wanted suspect over the Cambodia job scam has been remanded for 4 days to assist investigations.
He was arrested at the Kuching International Airport yesterday.
The job scam caused 50 Malaysians to be stranded and detained by authorities in Cambodia, but they were released earlier this year after the govt intervened on their behalf.

PDRM says it will deploy additional personnel there to ensure a smooth by-election process.
So far, it has mobilised more than 1,000 police officers and personnel to be on stand-by there.
Meanwhile, polling day is on May 11th.
