If you spot any cyber-bullying or worrying posts on social media...alert the authorities!

The MCMC says you can either inform the commission, call the police, or contact the person's friends and family.

This comes after a 16-year-old girl in Sarawak took her own life after hinting she would do so on Instagram.

If you're feeling down, lonely or are in need of someone to talk to, contact Befrienders KL at 03-7956 8145.
