You will face action, if you get caught recording a traffic offence with your phone while driving! 

The Transport Ministry told Berita Harian it's an offence to use your phone for any reason, while you're behind the wheel. 

The maximum penalty is a 2 thousand ringgit and sentenced to jail for 6 months.

If you do need to record a traffic offence being committed, it should only be done by a passenger. 

Transport Minister Anthony Loke recently said that road users can take photos of other motorists breaking traffic laws like using the emergency lane, during the Aidilfitri balik kampung rush, and pass the info on to the JPJ 

The number of complaints regarding online scam cases are on the rise!

The Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Ministry says it's now the second-most complained about problem lodged by consumers, after the prices of goods.

25% of the complaints it receives every month are about online scams.

Court fixed June 28 for case management of Penang Bridge Crash

The trial of a 21-year-old, accused of causing a fatal accident along the Penang Bridge in January has been delayed until June 28th 

It's to allow the accused's lawyer to study two new forensic reports he received today.

In the incident, the accused allegedly struck an SUV while speeding along the bridge, causing the SUV to plunge into the sea killing its driver.
