Pre-school teacher pleads not guilty to hurting boy

A preschool teacher in Seremban has pleaded not guilty to hurting a 6-year-old boy at a kindergarten.

Star reports that the 37-year-old had allegedly used a cane to inflict the injuries.

A 21-year-old Malaysian student in the UK has died after taking part in a half-marathon in Wales.

The victim collapsed just metres from the finish line and was rushed to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

UK police have confirmed that there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death.
