Lowering the voting age and implementing automatic registration is not that easy!

Bersih 2.0 believes a redelineation exercise is needed, if the government implements the automatic registration of voters. 

Its Chairman said lowering the voting age to 18 and allowing automatic registration will add another 8 million voters to the electoral rolls. 

It is concerned this will tip the balance of power in favour of rural constituencies, given its higher population.

MOT calls for logistics companies to go green

Malaysia's carbon emissions can be lowered by quite a bit if the logistics industry goes green. 

The Transport Minister says the logistics sector is the second-largest contributor of carbon emissions in the country at 21 percent. 

As such, he encouraged more companies to pick up the Green Logistics Strategy, which is in line with Malaysia's commitment to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 45 percent by 2030.

Get to know your partner before even considering marriage

The top reason for divorces in the country are partners who don't understand each other. 

The Women Ministry said for women, other top factors for divorce are cheating and irresponsible husbands.

Meanwhile, men are troubled by nosy in-laws and cheating wives. 

In 2017 alone, there were about 50,000 divorce cases in Malaysia.
