The government is aiming to set up more than 150 childcare centres at public sector workplaces by end of next year.

The Family Ministry says this is to encourage women in uniformed bodies, such as nurses, teachers and those in the police force, to continue working and provided with childcare facilities.

This following the Budget 2020 announcement last week in which the govt said it has allocated 30 million ringgit for more TASKAs to be opened next year.
