He was sworn-in in front of the Yang DiPertuan Agong at Istana Negara this morning...in a ceremony that was also attended by BN and PAS leaders, as well as Datuk Seri Azmin Ali.

Pakatan Harapan top officials, however, were not present.
This comes after the King yesterday appointed Tan Sri Muhyiddin as PM...saying the Pagoh MP is likely to have received the trust of a majority of lawmakers.
It was the culmination of almost a week of unprecedented political turmoil...that began with the 'Sheraton Move', and also saw Tun M stepping down.
Prior to this, Tan Sri Muhyiddin served as Deputy Prime Minister under the previous BN government.
He was subsequently appointed as president of Bersatu - which he co-founded - and also served as Home Affairs Minister under the Pakatan Harapan administration.
Is this the end of the politcal crisis?
Former interim PM Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad however claims that Tan Sri Muhyiddin does not command majority support in Parliament.

Tun M says he himself has the support of 114 MP's - from Pakatan Harapan and Warisan, several independent lawmakers, as well as some from his own party Bersatu.
Dr Mahathir now wants an early Parliament sitting to be called...where MP's can declare their support or otherwise for Tan Sri Muhyiddin.
