Malaysian's told to stay home
Malaysia could suffer a third COVID-19 infection wave, if Malaysians don't strictly follow the Movement Control Order.
This after the health director general has also advised people to stay home unless it's absolutely necessary, to effectively curb the spread of the coronavirus.
The National Security Council has also urged Malaysians to remain home for the next two weeks.
In a statement, the council reminded people to practice social distancing, whereby people are advised to stay at least one meter apart from each other.

Johor's Mentri Besar says the state government will request for an exemption, that will allow Malaysians working in Singapore to cross the border, during the Movement Control Order.
This after the state government says it hopes to reopen its border with the neighbouring country within the next few days.
He adds that more strict health checks would be imposed on both sides of the border, should it re-open.
