Follow new norms under CMCO

Malaysia has reported one more COVID-19 related death, whhich raises the country's total to 107.

Meanwhile, 45 new infections were recorded, bringing the number of total cases to over 6,400.

Despite the decline in new cases, Health Director-General Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah says people should continue to follow the new norms under the Conditional MCO.

135 patients were discharged, meaning that 4,700 people have now made full recoveries.

More uni students head home today

Nearly 2,900 students from public and private higher learning institutions will return to their respective hometowns today.

Defence Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob says the majority of them will return to Sabah and Sarawak.

Meanwhile, the Higher Education Ministry says parents are allowed to pick up their kids personally at their respective campuses, but only if they live in the same state.
