Be cautious of other Covid-19 symptoms!

Health director-general Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah reminded that lethargy and a loss of sense of smell and taste are also some of the symptoms, other than a high temperature.

He also advised those with a mild fever to stay at home and not go to work until they feel better.

Datuk Dr Noor Hisham adds that action can be taken against patients, who violate self-quarantine orders by appearing in public.

You should do your part to help mitigate the spread of Covid-19 in the country!

Health director-general Datuk Dr Noor Hisham says everyone should strictly adhere to SOPs set by the government, to keep the number of cases down.

For the first time, Malaysia recorded a single digit in the number of local transmission cases yesterday.

Of the 15 new cases reported, 6 were imported ones.

This brings the country’s total number of infections to 7,619 with 1,400 or so as active cases.

All university lectures must be conducted online until Dec 31

The Higher Education Ministry says all university lectures must be conducted online and no face-to-face lessons are allowed, until the end of the year.

However, it adds that exceptions would be given to five categories of students who need to return to campus to resume teaching and learning programmes.
