Exam students allowed to attend school in MCO states

Students taking major exams, such as SPM and STPM in areas affected by the MCO will be allowed to go to school under strict SOPs.
The Education Ministry says boarding school students, who will be sitting for those exams, are allowed to return to their hostels starting this Saturday.
Meanwhile, primary school pupils and Form 1 to Form 4 secondary school students in MCO areas will undergo teaching and learning programmes at home, starting next week.
This as a 2-week MCO will be placed in Selangor, Penang, Melaka, Johor, Sabah, KL, Labuan, and Putrajaya starting tomorrow, while Pahang, Perak, Negeri Sembilan, Kedah,
Terengganu and Kelantan will be under a CMCO during the same period.
The number of infections in the country is fast approaching the 150 thousand mark as the nation reported 2,232 new cases yesterday.
More than 138,000 people have been infected with the coronavirus.
The flood situation in several states has improved as more evacuees have been allowed to return home.
There are currently over 24 thousand flood victims seeking shelter in Pahang, Johor, Kelantan, and Sabah.
